Every year there are many young students that have problems with learning and reading. Most of them are referred to counsellors, so that disabilities can be diagnosed and learning challenges can be overcome. This is because their cases are seen ineligible for the services of special education. Students thus have to go to schools with no special education assistance and have to continue their struggles, sometimes carrying it over till college days, if they in fact can reach college.
